How do I know if I need Blueprints or sealed drawings for my project?
Typically most repairs do not need a set of professional plans, however, most major repairs and changes in home layout (ie. Structural change, Major Electrical circuit & Plumbing waste line/supply relocation, etc) should have drawings completed by a licensed Architect or Engineer.
Will the work on my home have a warranty?
Yes, we cover all workmanship on our projects for a year from completion date. Products are covered by manufacturer terms. We work hard to keep clients happy!
